We’ve now introduced a new feature that makes the platform even more useful: half-hourly electricity data is available directly within Manage My Account, giving you more detailed insight into how your business uses energy.

To access this half-hourly data, your site will need either a Smart Meter or an AMR (Automated Meter Reading) meter. How to access your half-hourly electricity data

To make your half-hourly energy reporting easy to access, we’ve added a dedicated Half-Hourly Data tab in Manage My Account, giving you direct access to your electricity usage as soon as you log in. Within this section, an interactive report presents up to two years of half-hourly data in clear visual charts that you can explore by day, month or year. And if you need to work with the information offline or share it with colleagues, you can also download your data in a simple, ready-to-use Excel format.

The good news is that all these insights can now be accessed anytime, from any device, providing you with another great reason to use Manage My Account.
