If your gas or electricity bill is showing a credit balance, or you’re a direct debit customer who’s always in credit each month, you may be eligible for a refund.
If we’ve asked you to pay a security deposit, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit when you close or transfer your account, with any accrued interest added.
