Surrey CCC T20 Quarter Final Competition Terms and Conditions

The Promotion

  1. This Prize Draw or Contest (the “Prize Draw”) is promoted by SSE Energy Supply Limited, trading as SSE Energy Solutions, registered in England and Wales number 03757502 which is a member of the SSE Group (the “Promoter”). The registered office of SSE Energy Supply Limited is No. 1 Forbury Place, 43 Forbury Road, Reading, RG1 3JH.

  2. The Prize Draw period commences on 11/06/2026 at 10:00am GMT and closes at 12:00pm GMT on 19/06/2026 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

  3. By entering the Prize Draw, you (the “Entrant”) agree to these terms and conditions.

  4. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants acknowledge that personal data they provide will be used by the Promoter to administer the prize draw. We'll always treat your personal data with respect, keep it safe and secure and never sell it to third parties. Prizes & Winner Selection

  1. Every valid entry into the Prize Draw could win one (1) pair of General Admission tickets to see Surrey County Cricket Club Women play Hampshire Hawks and Surrey County Cricket Club Men play Essex on Sunday 12 July 2026 at the Kia Oval.

  2. The Promoter shall select one (1) entry at random to win the Prize. Two (2) winners in total will be selected from all eligible entries as winners (the “Winning Participants”), one (1) from the Facebook competition and one (1) from the Instagram competition.

  3. The Winning Participants will be notified by SSE Energy Solutions via the SSE Energy Solutions social channels by 22/06/2026. Once contacted, the Winning Participant will be asked to confirm acceptance of prize by 25/06/2026.

  4. If the Winning Participant does not respond or cannot confirm by 25/06/2026, the Promoter will offer the Prize to an alternative Entrant, selected at random, and the original Winning Participant shall have no right to claim the Prize.

  5. The name of the Winning Participant may be published on the Promoters social channels for at least 30 days. The Winning Participant may also be asked to participate in publicity and be featured on our social media. The Winning Participant can opt out of this by informing the Promoter. If the Winning Participant chooses to opt out, details of their business name and county will only be available on request 30 days after the draw.

  6. The Promotor reserves the right to replace the Prize with an equivalent prize without notice.

  7. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable, and there is no cash alternative. No part or parts of the Prize may be substituted for other benefits, items, or additions. The Prize must not be sold on or transferred to another party.

General

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the prize draw without prior notice.

  2. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  3. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost entries. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this prize draw, including any technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the prize draw.

  4. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries at its complete discretion, including those entries which the Promoter believes to be fraudulent, or based on misconduct.

  5. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
