SSE Energy Solutions partners with Ortus Energy to accelerate the adoption of solar panels by businesses
SSE Energy Solutions has signed a partnership with Ortus Energy, accelerating the adoption of solar panels by businesses.
As part of the deal, SSE Energy Solutions will acquire 13MW of rooftop solar panels already installed at businesses across Great Britain. There is also an exclusive option to finance up to 130MW of solar projects at business premises over the next three years. SSE Energy Solutions will finance the development and installation of the solar panels upfront, enabling business customers to pay a fixed rate for the power generated through long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs).
